WELCOME TO THE TEST BOOKING PORTAL FOR IN PERSON TESTS ONLY

*Please note: If you have not completed Program Intake you will not be able to book any tests in ClockWork.

 Please read the important information below before booking your tests:

 

BOOKING TESTS/MIDTERMS/WEEKLY QUIZZES/ LAB EXAMS

Use the Schedule a test, midterm or quiz  tab.

1.      All tests should be booked as early as possible to ensure meeting the 7 day deadline (at the start of the term, when you get your course syllabus would be ideal).

2.       Time conflicts must be indicated with the test booking.

3.       Review your class schedule when booking your test to ensure you have the proper date and time.

4.       It is the student’s responsibility to enter the correct information for any tests booked with the Tramble Centre.

5.       Check your upcoming scheduled tests, and appointment bookings by clicking on My Upcoming Events.

6.       Please email cal@stfx.ca if you want notification sent to your professors for additional time on tests written at home

 

BOOKING FINAL EXAMS

Use the Schedule a final exam tab.

The deadlines for booking exams each term are December 1 and April 1.

 

** Please note that the original test/ exam must be booked for the same time / day as your class. If the original has not been booked, you are not permitted to write a makeup for that test / exam.

Changes to the date / time of any test / exam (i.e. deferral, illness) is the responsibilty of the Tramble Centre. You are only be permitted one opportunity to write a makeup test/ exam. If you miss this chance, you need to make arrangements to write with your instructor.
