Welcome to the appointment booking website. You can use this website to:

• Book an appointment.
• Check your upcoming scheduled appointments.
• We are located in Nova Scotia, so all appointments occur in Atlantic Standard Time - so please make sure your take the time difference into account when booking your appointment.
• Please note the deadline for booking an intake appointment for the Winter 2024 term is FRIDAY, March 15, 2024. Any intakes completed after this date will allow for testing accommodations starting in May 2024.  
• If you would like your appointment to be VIRTUAL, please send an email to the staff member you are meeting with to request a MS Teams meeting. Otherwise your appointment will be in person at the Tramble Centre.

• Grant Funding – Out-of-province students must fill out this form to get in the cue to have their grant application completedhttps://forms.office.com/r/xdNATzJXDe.                                                                                                                                                                                                   *Note – Colleen Smereka will email out-of-province students to arrange a time to meet to have their Services and Equipment application completed. Please do not book an appointment. If you have questions about grant funding, please email tramble.drf@stfx.ca.
