Appointment Booking FAQ’s
How can I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule an appointment by clicking “Schedule an appointment” in the menu and selecting your preferred service, date and time. Follow the prompts to confirm your booking.
Can I reschedule or cancel an appointment?
Yes, appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours in advance. Check the appointment in the 'Calendar' tab and if there is a cancel button you can use this. If you do not see this link please call or visit to cancel your appointment.
Will I receive confirmation?
Yes, a confirmation email will be sent to you once your appointment is successfully booked.
What if I don’t receive a confirmation email?
Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us at CAL@STFX.CA
How can I view my upcoming appointments?
You can access a list of your future appointments by clicking the 'Calendar' button in the menu.
What can I do if I have a question or concern?
If your question/concern is urgent you should contact us by phone or in-person.
